How to cash out your winnings

You won — here's exactly what has to be true before the money moves, and how it reaches you.

1. Meet the 25x wager requirement

Every credit we load carries a 25x total-wager requirement. If you loaded $10, you need $250 in total bets before a cashout is available. Total bets, not total losses — a single $10 balance can cycle through that requirement many times over.

2. Request during the redeem window

Cashouts are processed during set redeem windows in Eastern Time. Your dashboard shows a live countdown to the next one, so you always know when to submit.

3. We pull the credits and pay you

Submit the request in your wallet with your platform, username, and payment method. We verify the win, recover the credits from your platform account, and send the payout. It shows up in your account history with a timestamp so there's always a record.

Freeplay cashouts are separate

Freeplay Credits — from signup, streaks, and referrals — run on their own rules and their own redeem amount. They're a way to try platforms risk-free, and they can still turn into a real payout.
